Danny Trophy |
The "Danny" trophy was acquired by MeCTA as a thank you to Snowfields owner/organizer Patsy O'Brien. He is named for Patsy's great Welsh Cob gelding, Gwyn Saethydd y Penrhyn ("Danny" to his friends). It is awarded to the lowest scoring Vintage (over 40) MeCTA rider at 3 phase events each year. The trophy is awarded at the MeCTA Annual Year End Banquet and goes home with the winner for the year, to be returned in time for the next year's awards. The Danny trophy was awarded for the best scoring vintage rider at the Snowfields event until 2014.

Figure Trophy |
The "Figure" trophy was kindly donated by Barbara Giroux, Warren Smith, and The Horse's Maine & NH. The sculpture was inspired by Barbara's favorite school horse and is awarded to the lowest scoring MeCTA Junior rider at 3 phase horse trials each year. This trophy is awarded at the MeCTA Annual Year End Banquet, along with six (6) ribbons and a special education certificate from The Horse's Maine & NH. This trophy goes home with the winner, to return for the next year's awards. Moxie Trophy |
The "Moxie" trophy is awarded to the lowest scoring 19-39 year old MeCTA rider at 3 phase events each year. The trophy is awarded at the MeCTA Annual Year End Banquet and goes home with the winner for the year, to be returned in time for the next year's awards.

Work Horse Award |
The Work Horse Award recognizes a MeCTA member who has demonstrated a dedication to getting the work of MeCTA done. The Board awards this honor to the member most deserving of a true pat on the back for a job well done.
